Bob has written several books on coaching and learning from experience. His latest book, How to Coach, was published by Sage in 2020.

“My approach to coaching and supervision is primarily non-directive.

I aim to create a relationship of rapport and trust with each client that enables them to reflect, to clarify what matters, and to decide what to do to achieve their aspirations.

I also bring my self to these encounters, and will share my thoughts and intuitions when this feels appropriate.”
