Donna Weston
Donna is an executive career coach and organisational development consultant with over 17 years experience developed in fast paced, complex commercial environments.
She began her career within the Business Process Outsourcing industry where she worked with over 40 blue chip clients in various sectors including financial services, charities, media and entertainment, FMCG, automotive and retail.
Donna has worked in a variety of leadership roles across a number of business functions including client services, project management, compliance, business assurance and risk management.
Throughout her career Donna has enjoyed developing people and teams the most, so in 2018, after undertaking a 5 year parental career break, she commenced an MA in Career Development and Coaching Studies at the University of Warwick.
Donna’s clients value her wide-ranging knowledge of organisations and career development, plus her systemic thinking style coupled with her enthusiasm for learning, collegiate nature and drive to make work better for everyone.
