All our coaching is integrated with various tools and resources to support the coaching. We also include psychometric profiling tools such as DISC Leadership and a bespoke 360 evaluation which can all be delivered online.

We have coached leaders virtually for years and have prior experience in global matrix organisations, where virtual meetings were commonplace. We guarantee the same high standards virtually as face to face coaching.

We have significant expertise delivering leadership programmes in-house, particularly blending functional skills training with leadership behaviours. Whilst at Avon we won the CIM award for best in house academy in 2015 and have continued to deliver leadership initiatives across various sectors including corporate, SME and business schools.
