Our coaching supports leaders to be outstanding, and lead an outstanding team. We specialise in Director and Senior Leader coaching with particular expertise in developing senior female leaders at board level.
We work hard to understand your expectations, the needs of both your organisation and individuals and always ensure that we evaluate the results of the coaching on a regular basis.
Executive coaching is an investment and coaching engagements generally span over 6 months or more. With any new engagement we ensure that all involved are clear on expectations. We work with transparency and honesty and define what the desired outcome of the coaching engagement is a the start and measure progress throughout.
Tools and Resources
All our coaching is integrated with various tools and resources to support the coaching. We also include psychometric profiling tools such as DISC Leadership, Strengths tools and a bespoke 360 feedback evaluation.
All of our coaches are fully qualified, accredited and have a commercial corporate and global leadership background. We know what it’s like to be on the front line of a commercial business and have senior leadership and strategy experience across multiple sectors.
