Donna is an executive career coach and organisational development consultant with over 17 years experience developed in fast paced, complex commercial environments.
She began her career within the Business Process Outsourcing industry where she worked with over 40 blue chip clients in various sectors including financial services, charities, media and entertainment, FMCG, automotive and retail. Donna has worked in a variety of leadership roles across a number of business functions including client services, project management, compliance, business assurance and risk management.
Throughout her career Donna has enjoyed developing people and teams the most, so in 2018, after undertaking a 5 year parental career break, she commenced an MA in Career Development and Coaching Studies at the University of Warwick.

Bob was formerly leadership development manager at National Grid Transco and has been a Professor at Warwick Business School since 2013. Originally an economist he has over 30 years experience of helping leaders learn about themselves, what they stand for, and how they will lead authentically, ethically and sustainably.
He has over 20 years experience as a coach and has been a supervisor of coaching for the last 10 years. He is accredited as a coach and as a supervisor by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. He established the University of Warwick’s Certificate and Diploma in Coaching, leads the Warwick Business school LeadershipPlus module for the full time MBA, and is currently an external examiner for the MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London. He has delivered a series of webinars on The Essentials of Supervision for the EMCC. He also acts as an internal mediator.
Bob has written several books on coaching and learning from experience. His latest book, How to Coach, was published by Sage in 2020.

I aim to create a relationship of rapport and trust with each client that enables them to reflect, to clarify what matters, and to decide what to do to achieve their aspirations. Ed is a highly experienced leadership and business coach with a corporate career spanning over 20 years with companies like Argos and Avon. He was the Head of global Learning & Development in his last role at Avon where he developed global leadership programmes up to Executive Director level & high potential programmes for Sales & Marketing.
Ed left the corporate world in 2018 to run his own ActionCOACH business coaching franchise where he now coaches SME business owners & their teams to accelerate their growth. Within just 2 years he has acquired a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors.
Ed’s coaching and training has resulted in many successes for individuals and teams alike. One of his business client’s has increased their turnover by 85% & their profits by 48% in a year whilst successfully increasing the size of their team by 100%.
