Jo Aston
Joe’s passion for developing leadership has grown over 15 years’ experience of leading transformational change in global organisations with a focus on strategy and culture change.
This background informs his insight into how potential can be unleashed when leaders invest in themselves and their organisations.
Joe has coached and developed leaders and leadership teams in multiple sectors information technology, life sciences, energy, professional services, consumer goods, and manufacturing. He has also designed and facilitated workshops for global organisations to strengthen leadership behaviours, facilitated cultural and organisational change, and catalysed digital transformation.
He has significant experience in designing and facilitating development programmes that enable growth and deep change at the individual, group, and organisational level. He enables leaders to commit to what really matters to them, and develop the resilience needed for courageous action.
